Orders and Shipping
If your order is in stock, it will normally be shipped within 24 hours. If we need to order it for you, it may take up between 4-8 weeks. Orders are normally sent via New Zealand Post or CourierPost. If CourierPost is used, we will send you the tracking number.
When we dispatch your order via CourierPost, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept refunds at our discretion.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must still be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Metal bands, and other products manufactured to order, are not refundable or cannot be exchanged, unless we have made a mistake.
